Easy Berry Jam In 5 Minutes!

This berry jam is the easiest way to accompany your boring old pancakes and crepes. Jampacked with all the tanginess and fruitiness from the berries (cranberry and blueberries) this jam shall shoo away to any gloomy day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blueberries & Cranberries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar (granulated)
  • Squeezed lemon
  • 1 Pinch Table Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and start mashing the berries (once soft) using a potato masher. 

  2. Once the berries start releasing the juices, turn the heat to a low medium flame and let the jam simmer. Keep stirring and make sure, it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.

  3. Wait till the mixture thickens. 

  4. Transfer the jam to an airtight container and savour with anything you like.

The jam can be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
